Introduction to Triathlons

Leana spectated her first triathlon last Sunday. Dad did very well (3rd overall, 1st in his age group). There were lots of friends for us to cheer on, although it is a little harder with a baby to run between different spots on the course.

Today Leana was the honored guest at a "meet the baby shower" hosted by cousins Linda and Mike. She got all dressed up for the occasion...and then redressed after a rather explosive diaper required a whole new outfit just in time before we left the house.

One Month Old

The last month flew by and I cannot believe Leana is already one month old! Her latest tricks are: smiling, lifting up her head, crying/screaming (she has some good lungs!), and staring intently at things (mostly lights, faces, and our blinds seem to be a favorite of hers).
