Leana's First Photo Shoot

Thanks to Groupon, we had a fun little photo shoot with Leana. I was impressed the photographer was able to get anything, since all Leana was interested in was touching the camera and pressing the flash button. But she got some great shots!

Little Gymnast

There is a place here called the Seattle Gymnastics Academy, which offers classes to all ages starting with toddlers. We have not yet made it there, although I'm sure we will soon as Leana seems to be an aspiring gymnast. Here she is getting into somersault position.



Last week Leana's preschool teacher sent me an email to tell me that the Gymanstics Academy also has a preschool associated with it, and that this may be good fit for my "active" child.

Trip to the Seattle Aquarium

It may not be as big and famous as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, but Leana was still very impressed by her first trip to the Seattle Aquarium. She loved the big fish tanks, the birds, and watching the seals and sea otters poke their heads up above water.
